City centre hotels
Staying in the city centre puts you within walking distance of the clinic, the Mercado Central, the Cathedral quarter and the Turia Gardens. It is the most convenient option if you are coming for a short visit or a weekend break. The Ciutat Vella (old town) and Eixample districts have the highest concentration of hotels and are well connected by metro and bus.
Typical prices for a city centre 3-star hotel booked in advance range from £75 to £110 per night for a double room.
Beachfront hotels
If you want to combine your dental visit with some time by the sea, Valencia’s urban beaches — Malvarrosa and Las Arenas — are just 20 minutes from the city centre by tram or metro. There are hotels at every price point along the seafront, from budget options to five-star resorts.
Staying by the beach works particularly well if you are coming for a longer visit or bringing a companion. The beachfront promenade has excellent restaurants serving fresh seafood and authentic paella.
Budget accommodation
For shorter trips or if you want to keep costs to a minimum, there are comfortable 2-star and budget 3-star hotels throughout the city from around £50 per night. Serviced apartments are also a good option if you are staying for several days, offering more space and self-catering facilities at competitive prices.
Luxury hotels
Valencia has several excellent 5-star hotels if you want to make your trip truly special. Options include the Westin Valencia, the SH Valencia Palace and the Caro Hotel — a converted 19th-century palace in the heart of the old town. Booked in advance, luxury rooms start from around £180 per night.
Tips for booking your hotel
- Book at least 4 weeks in advance for the best rates — prices can be 20–30% lower than last minute
- The cheapest months to visit are January, February and December
- Avoid booking during Las Fallas (15–19 March) unless you specifically want to experience the festival — prices and availability are at their most challenging
- Most hotels in the city centre are within easy reach of the clinic by taxi or metro
